Manchester
The Novas Scarman Group - Manchester provides neighbourhood based support for new and small voluntary and community groups across the city of Manchester. Groups with an annual income of less than £50,000 will be able to receive a range of free support services, aimed at helping groups to better deliver services for their local communities or communities of interest.
East Midlands and East of England
NSG East Midlands and East of England are based in Nottingham and deliver training packages primarily to community groups, provide Social Enterprise learning and development tools, enables Social Enterprise Communities, nurtues new opportunities for new communities, offers financial advice for Community Projects and we can assist community members in setting up a small community ownership grants scheme through our Can Do Investment Funds.
South East
The South East Community Development team are based in Brighton and provide funding and responsive development support to small emerging community based initiatives in the South East Region. Primarily focusing on groups that have a health focus or are working with Children and Young People.
North East
Based in Sunderland the North East Community Development team provide community based training and the delivery of that training, contract management advice, consultancy services and an initiative called Voice, representing the Can Doer and non- constituted voluntary activity within North East Empowerment Partnership (NEEP)
