This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new team, delivering services to individuals at risk of harm from domestic abuse. Working with victims of domestic abuse referred by the Multi Agency Risk Assessment Conference process (MARAC) assessed as being high or very high risk, you will co-ordinate a multi agency response that aims to reduce and manage risk.

You will also be involved in delivering support to victims whose partners/former partners are undergoing Gloucestershire Probation’s Domestic Violence Programme.

You will manage and support staff. Take referrals from the MARAC. Work in partnership with other agencies such as the police and probation. Maintain a focus on managing risk. Encourage customers to be involved in the service. Assess diverse and complex needs and enable individuals to access services to meet goals.
