Chef Supervisor

Salary: £21,990 per annum

Hours: 40 per week
Location: Camden, North London

A new restaurant and coffee shop in buzzing Camden Town, forming part of our Contemporary Urban Centres in London. We strive to serve top quality affordable food, in relaxed and friendly surroundings.

As chef supervisor, you will be responsible for producing top quality food, running a very busy Kitchen and training the junior staff to our company standards and learning the “brand”, ensuring company standards and policies are adhered to.

This is a very hands-on position in a fast paced environment and requires a strong supervisor and an individual who can work well under pressure. You will also play a key role in the development of several kitchens / coffee shops within the Contemporary Urban Centre.

You will be fully responsible for managing the financial and budgetary duties, menu structure and ongoing training and development of the staff and catering personnel
To provide and oversee the catering for conferences, private parties and weddings etc
You will be bringing a sound working knowledge of Health & Safety and food and hygiene.
