Novas Recruitment

Novas Recruitment opened in January 2007 and offers an inspired approach to recruitment. It aims to integrate Novas Scarman's approaches to linking communities and businesses with inclusive employment opportunities. It finds the right people for the right jobs, looking at the competencies that employers need, to offer the best services to their customers. In addition, as part of the Novas Scarman Group, all profits from the business are reinvested into developing opportunities for excluded individuals and communities.

Please note that completed applications for vacancies in the North West region must also be returned to the London office.
