Who do we work with

• Each day 500 people experiencing homelessness or
  rough sleeping use our homelessness services.

• Our Specialist Support Staff help up to 800 people
  with drug and alcohol dependencies each year
  overcome and manage their addictions.

• We provide support to 500 older people each year to
  sustain independent living and a high quality of
  life.

• Each year we prevent 600 people who have recently
  left penal institutions and those vulnerable to
  offending, from re-offending and enable them to make
  positive contributions to their communities.

• 200 families experiencing difficulties each year are
  supported to tackle a range of issues.

• Our Floating Support Services work together with
  2000 people each year. Offering flexible, person
  centred support wherever someone's home is.
