Path NSG is a skills development agency, which seeks to address the under-representation and inequalities of Black and Minority Ethnic groups in management and professions through the provision of innovative training, good career opportunities, motivation and support to individuals and and organisations wishing to create a workforce that reflects our diverse communities.

PATH National's workforce development and equality and diversity stratagies empower people through training programmes.

Our goals are pursued through training initiatives, which emcompass education and employment.

The success of the PATH National scheme

We have over 20 years experience and have trained more than 2000 men and women from BME communities for professional careers. To date, PATH National has had huge success in realising the aspirations of its trainees, with up to 95% securing employment in careers of their choice on completion of their traineeships.

The key to our success is the dynamic relationship we have with national, regional and local training organisations, statutory agencies and employers from a wide range of industry sectors.

Employers that we engage with recognise the value of our activities and are keen to develop positive programmes supported by a range of other services.

Strategic partnerships with sector skills conucils and sector leaders will ensure that, along with PATH National's expertise and gateway to BME communities, our shared objectives of a highly skilled and diverse workfroce can be comprehensively pursued.

Our services

PATH NSG provides a diverse range of services, which are tailored to the requirements of our clients, they includes:

  • Training need analysis and consultancy
  • Structured traineeships (delivered in partnership with the host organisation)
  • Graduate training with mentoring
  • One-day personal development courses
  • Seminars on issues that affect organisations as a whole, e.g. equality & diversity, leadership and managing change.

All our services are designed to enable our clients to respond to market need and improve business efficency.
PATH NSG also focus on assisting people in aquiring middle and senior management career positions and we are keen to work with other orgainistions as part of their equality and diversity policy.

PATH NSG aims to build a world class workforce in UK which is highly skilled, diverse and representative of its communities with a particular focus on supporting Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) people into middle and senior postions.

1. To build on PATH National's unique reputation and ability to provide specialist demand led-led workforce training and development.

2. To work towards the exclusion of under-representation, descrimination and inequalities in the labour market.

3. To increase the pool of BME individuals with skills and motivation to attain managerial careers.

4. To maintain and continue to develop effective and strategic alliances and partnerships with a range of orgainisation proffessional bodies.

5 To enhance PATH NSG's reputation and status as a provider of quality assured services.

6 To continually improve programmes and services PATH NSG provides and to position PATH NSG as a driver for government policy.
