Novas Scarman Customer Survey 2009

The Novas Scarman Group's 2009 Customer Survey has produced fantastic results. The report highlights huge satisfaction from our customers regarding our staff that help them on a daily basis.

  • 96% (94% in 2006) of respondents are fairly satisfied or very satisfied with the professionalism and conduct of staff.
  • 96% (94% in 2006) of respondents are fairly satisfied or very satisfied with the overall support service they received from staff.

All of the group's activities take place to create opportunity for our customers and we are delighted to learn that our customers, the most important people within our organisation, are so happy with our work.

Novas Scarman Group statement on BDO report

An extract of a confidential report written by BDO Stoy Hayward in relation to an inquiry by the Tenants Services Authority (TSA) was leaked to members of the press last week. This one-sided document contains a number of allegations that have been strenuously disputed by Novas Scarman Group.
